Yesterday, a major outage has happened in the Microsoft's Hotmail and Outlook service, which was take place for more than 12 hours. Many thousands of users are affected by the service outage and and they have posted there inconvenience on the social media in different manners. The problem occurred in the area of selected part of Europe from 9:30 A.M to 7 P.M, the problem was fully solved after 10 p.m.
The actual problem of the service outage are Hotmail and Outlook users unable to send or receive any emails in the inbox, if the people try to send an email they got the message of 'Something went wrong and we haven’t been able to send your message yet’. Many of the users were posted their regret feelings on the social media for not any response from there company Microsoft.
After a long time gap around 7 p.m. tech company Microsoft has responded in the Twitter and stated a statement of,"We are aware of intermittent connectivity for some users in European countries and we’re working to resolve ASAP. Thanks for your patience."The Microsoft company has used word of 'intermittent', which means 'occurring at irregular intervals'. Because of slow and insignificant reply from the Microsoft, many were got angered and replied in the Twitter in the harsh words.After the outage problem solved.
