Beats introduces Studio Buds, which include ANC and a transparency mode.

Beats launched the Studio Buds, a set of completely wireless in-ear noise-canceling earphones, today. The Studio Buds have active noise-cancelation, which uses microphones on the outside of the earbuds to cancel out background noise. When you really need to hear your surroundings, a transparency mode is available, which uses this very same microphones to transmit ambient sound via the speakers.
Unlike some of Beats' previous models, the Studio Buds don't have special Apple silicon. Regardless, they have one-touch pairing with both Apple and Android Smartphone’s. Any sound modification or firmware changes for Android devices must be done using the Beats app. It is done directly through the OS on Apple devices.

Voice assistants are also included with the Studio Buds. You may use the "Hey Siri" speech commands on Apple devices to activate the voice assistant without needing to load anything. To use the voice assistant or on-device music control systems on an Android Smartphone, you must first install the Beats app.
Because the Studio Buds don't have the W1 or H1 chip, they won't be able to play spatial audio on Apple Music. Despite not being developed primarily for use during workouts, the Beats Studio Buds have an IPX4 sweat and water resistance rating.
While listening to music with ANC activated, the Studio Buds offer an 8-hour battery life and a 5-hour battery life when using transparency mode. Two extra full charges are provided by the charging case, bringing the battery life to a maximum of 24 hours. The charging case has a USB-C connector, which makes charging easier for Android users.
It is claimed that a 5-minute charge will provide up to an hour of use. The Beats Studio Buds are comes in three colours: White, Black, and Beats Red, and cost $150.
