A largest social network
website, Facebook and the image sharing app, Instagram has faced a service
outage yesterday. Facebook have more than two billion regular user for a month
around the world. The service outage problem occurred in the area of, some European
countries and few areas in the United States and also in the United Kingdom.
The report says that the
users are not able to log into their accounts, some people find difficulties to
upload the videos they captured, they could not share the links they like or
not able to comment on any pages. The common problem was Facebook pages are not
loaded properly and many people got the error message on the screen when they
try to load the Facebook page.
Only few peoples have been faced
these types of problems in the Facebook website, but many other Facebook users
in the problematic areas has not faced any problem in the websites. Both
desktop and mobile app Facebook users have faced the problems but there are no
subjects of reason, why the Facebook page was down?
Today the Facebook Company
told the Fox News that, “A technical
issue caused some people to have trouble accessing Facebook services. We
quickly investigated and have been restoring service for everyone. We are sorry for any inconvenience.”
Downdetector.com, which is a
website that monitoring online outages around the internet, says that more than
2500 Facebook users have been affected because of the problem in the Facebook
website, most of the users are faced page loading problems. In the same way
Instagram users also faced the same problem around the world, approximately
3000 users are affected by the service failure. Many Facebook and Instagram
users have twitted the distress experience in the funny way in Twitter.
